The Cameron School District no longer offers secondary athletic insurance coverage for athletes. Parents can choose to purchase individual coverage as indicated on the following document. This is an optional annual coverage and is a secondary coverage, not a primary coverage. Please read the following information carefully to help you fully understand the coverage. If you have interest in this coverage, parents must complete the bottom portion of the application and return it with payment to the building office. Checks should be made out to "Student Assurance Services".

This pass will admit you to all home athletic events with the exception of tournament games.
A concussion is a type of traumatic brain injury that interferes with normal functioning of the brain (changes how the cells in the brain normally work). A concussion can be caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head or body. Basically, any force that is transmitted to the head causing the brain to literally bounce around or twist within the skull can result in a concussion. Over 90% of concussions do not involve loss of consciousness It is important to note that a concussion can happen to anyone in any sport or athletic activity.
